ALL PRICES ARE ROOM ONLY (BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED - served 7am - 8:30am).

CARD NUMBERS are pre-authorised and held to secure your reservation - payable on arrival. (5 GB POUNDS HANDLING FEE ON ALL NON CASH PAYMENTS (cards etc)ie: no handling fee if paying in cash).

EARLIEST CHECK-IN 16:00 HRS - LATEST CHECK-IN 23:00 HRS - LATEST CHECK-OUT 10:00 HRS.
Prior arrangement only: Luggage can be checked in for safe keeping before 12:00 noon (we are unavailable to receive guests between 12noon - 4pm).

Check out - to help you to enjoy the many attractions of the town, we can care for your luggage until midday, or after 4pm.

All of our rooms are located upstairs (we do not have a lift). We are happy to look after your heavy luggage downstairs, we reccommend an overnight bag for short stays...

MORE THAN 3 DAYS NOTICE - NO CHARGE MADE (nothing to pay)...
LESS THAN 3 DAYS NOTICE and NO SHOWS YOUR RESERVATION REMAINS 100% PAYABLE AND YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED AND BOOKING CANCELLED.

IF YOUR CARD IS NOT VALID (CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION PURPOSES), THEN THE BOOKING WILL NOT BE HONOURED (we will email you if not valid)...

WIFI access - we need to add your wireless MAC address (also known as physical address) to our wireless router, please ensure you have this to hand before your arrival...
