All room reservations to be guaranteed by a valid credit card with expiry and three digit security code. A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 50GBP per room is taken to secure the booking. FULL PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SPECIAL PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE BOOKINGS. In the event of a cancellation more than three days prior to arrival, the deposit will be held for three calendar months as credit against an alternative visit within that three month period. All reservations will be held until 1800 hours on the day of arrival then released unless otherwise notified.
