Until May 2006 the hotel is undergoing a multi million pound refurbishment to include Air Conditioning throughout the hotel, fully refurbished bedrooms and bathrooms, a stylish new restaurant and bar. If you do have any queries regarding this please do not hesitate to contact the hotel direct.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 1 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

There is free accommodation for up to two children under 19 years when sharing a room with two adults. Family rooms are limited, and need to be requested. All bookings made are to be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Bookings can be cancelled without penalty up until 4pm on the day of arrival. Should the booking be cancelled after that time or be a no show, payment of the first nights accommodation will be taken.
PLEASE NOTE PROMOTIONAL RATES HAVE DIFFERENT PAYMENT CONDITIONS. Full pre payment to be made at time of booking and the reservations are non refundable non transferable in any event. A limited number of smoking rooms are available on request. No Pets are allowed (with the exception of Guide Dogs)
Car parking in the hotel car park is chargeable at 7.50 per 24 hours. Should the hotel car park be full, we have alternative arrangements with the city council for parking in Princess Street car park, chargeable at 7.50 per 24 hours.
