Each of the hotel's nine bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, clock radio and colour television.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 70% of the total booking value will be charged.

A non-refundable deposit of 25 per person, per night will be taken by credit card at the time of booking - this deposit is non-refundable. If the booking is cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival then the cost of your first nights stay is debited from your credit card. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before arrival will be incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of your stay. We urge our guests to take out cancellation insurance, which is available through the hotel from only 7.50 per person.

THE HOTEL IS COMPLETELY NON-SMOKING!!
The only pets allowed are small dogs - one per room. Our ground floor twin bedded en-suite bedroom which has its own outside access is the only room in the hotel available for guests who bring their dog with them. Dogs are not allowed in the Dining room.
