In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 4 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 90% of the total booking value will be charged.

A 20% deposit is deducted at time of booking. All bedrooms are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the hotel. Pets are welcome, but must be advised at time of booking. We request that all pets remain on the lead whilst moving through the Hotel and that pets are not left unattended in rooms. Special dietary requirements can be catered for, but we must be informed of them at time of booking.
