The Crescent Townhouse Hotel is currently graded as a three star location through the Northern Ireland Tourist Board and a Three Star through the AA Guide.
All accommodation is located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. There is not a lift, however luggage will be bought to accommodation.
All accommodation is ensuite, with some rooms designed with bathrooms that have walk-in showers.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 2 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

Booking Terms and Conditions:
Our cancellation policy is 12noon, twenty-four hours prior to arrival: should a reservation be cancelled after this time, the full accommodation rate will automatically be charged to credit card details provided at time of reservation or an invoice forwarded to company. For reservations of six rooms or more the cancellation policy is 12 noon, five days prior to arrival.
Upon arrival, check-in is available from 2:00pm. Check out must be processed by 12 noon on date of departure. Late checkouts may be charged a supplement.
Guests are requested to pre-book the Metro Brasserie, as tables are not automatically reserved.
All accommodation reserved is en-suite with one double bed per room. Your guest may be allocated accommodation that has a bathroom that has been adapted for guests with a wheelchair. Please advise if there will be a guest using a wheelchair prior to arrival
Any special requests should be advised at the reservation stage: we endeavour to meet all requirements but unfortunately we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
Pets are not accepted at The Crescent Townhouse.
There is not a lift at The Crescent Townhouse, rooms are allocated on the first, second and third floors however assistance with luggage is available
