Chestnut House was originally the village farmhouse, dating back in part to the mid-1500s. 8 years ago the property was fully renovated to a high standard. Today, we are proud of our Five Star property, with Tourist Board Silver Award.
With 7 fully-appointed double en suite bedrooms (two with access from outside the main building), we aim to offer only the very best in style and personal service. We have Z-beds available for children and all rooms are available for single occupancy.
We also offer free wireless internet access for guests.
Located in a secluded village only 5 minutes from junction 23 of the M5, Chestnut House is ideal for stop-overs, as a base for business or for exploring the wonders and sites of Somerset. You would have to look far and wide to find anywhere as quiet and peaceful as the old village of Woolavington.
