Cancellations

  • In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 2 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

A deposit of 75 GBP per person is required within 7 days of making a reservation. A booking will only be confirmed on receipt of the non refundable deposit. Please make cheques payable to 'Cedar Falls.'

Cancellations:
Payment is non refundable but in some circumstances may be transferable to a future booking as long as a minimum of 24 hours notice has been given, and the future booking must be taken within 6 months.

Guests under the age of sixteen are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted in any areas of the house other than the smoking room. If anyone is found smoking in their room then regrettably a charge of 50 GBP will be made.
