Something different, something special! 2006 awards AA 4 Red Diamonds and RAC Sparkling Diamond.
An ideal base for both the business traveller visiting Cheltenham and Gloucester and for the leisure traveller exploring the Cotswolds. Not just the Cotswolds, but Bath, Oxford, Worcester and Stratford-upon-Avon are all easy day trips. The AA has awarded Beaumont House 4 red diamonds for 2006, placing it in the top 10% of 4 diamond establishments. The RAC has made two awards for the same period. Their sparkling diamond for good housekeeping and a warm welcome award, which we think, speaks for itself.
Beaumont House was built in the 1850's in the Regency period of Cheltenham as a private house/villa. It was converted to a hotel in the 1980's. The hotel has 16 bedrooms, all en suite, is family run in a relaxed friendly style with the emphasis on warmth, peace and comfort; it is set in beautiful gardens where drinks may be enjoyed on summer evenings; there is ample car parking space. Our comfortable lounge is the perfect place to relax with a good novel, enjoy a complimentary cappuccino or a drink from our Trust Bar (sorry, not complimentary!), before going out for dinner. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.
