In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 1 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

The rates displayed are per room (not per person) and are inclusive of breakfast, VAT and service. Cots charged at 15.00 per night. Extra Z-bed and breakfast for one child when sharing (subject to suitable room type availability) at 35.00 per night. These are charged locally. Ardencote Manor is now a non-smoking hotel.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies:-
***Double- Single - Champagne Breaks - Festive Breaks - Boxing Night Special*** Please note that a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We will charge a 20.00 non-refundable deposit per room on booking. For cancellations less than 24 hours the total balance of the rate quoted will be payable. Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation there will be no cancellation fee provided it is done 24 hours prior to arrival. A no show or cancellation within 24 hours of arrival will incur 100% cancellation charge.
