This is a budget hotel that has just been awarded 3 Star, we will not compromise on cleanliness or service and we'll do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

2. Cancellations made less than 2 days prior of your expected arrival date will not be refunded.
3. Minimum stay of 2 nights for Friday and Saturday bookings.
4. Group bookings are accepted, however we do not cater for Stag/Hen nights/weekends and will not tolerate any bad behaviour of any kind. Failure to comply with any of our 'conditions of stay' will result in the immediate removal from the premises night or day! You will appreciate others that are staying at the hotel require the courtesy of a pleasant stay.
