Louvre Hotels Booking Policy: Active Hotels, on behalf of Louvre Hotels, will take full payment at the time of booking. Guests may book online up to 12;00 (hotel's local time) on day of arrival. Rates are for room only and include sales taxes and service, but may not include the local tourist tax.
Late Arrivals: Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23:00 hrs. After that time your room cannot be guaranteed. If you cannot change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 23:00 hrs local time.
Cancellations: Should the need arise, we strongly recommend that you cancel your reservation online (instructions in booking confirmation). Cancellations made at least one day before your intended arrival will be refunded in full. Cancellations made on the day of your intended arrival or no shows will be charged 1 night's accommodation (average of the total booking fee).
Amendments: For simple amendments, we recommend you cancel and re-book online however if the amendment is made on the same day of your intended arrival, contact the hotel.
Children: Children are welcome, but will be charged as adults.
