Small pets are accepted at the hotel at a charge of £5.00 per pet.
 
A credit card is required to confirm all bookings; if taking advantage of our HOTDEAL rate full payment is required at the time of booking with no amendments, cancellations or refunds. M6 (North or South) Junction 6 - A38 Aston Expressway -follow signs for M5 west and A456 Kidderminster. Continue to roundabout (Paradise Circus). Leave roundabout at 3rd exit onto Broad Street. Novotel is halfway up on the right hand side opposite Travelodge.
